Cubid  and Psyche explores  the timeless  bond between  love and the soul ,portraying  a moment  of profound emotional  and spiritual  union. The classical figure of Cupid  gently leans over  Psyche ,while the graceful movement of their arms forms a protective  circle  ,symbolizing  eternal  connection, trust and rebirth. The soft light  radiating  from the center  of the composition  serves as a metaphor  for hope ,love and inner  awakening.

The painting  is inspired  by the ancient  myth of Cubid  and Psyche  ,immortalized  in Aurelius  The golden Ass. After enduring a series  of trials, Psyche vis reunited   with Cubid  ,illustrating  the triumph  of true love over fear, suffering and time .Here, the myth becomes  a allegory of redemption  ,faith and the transformative power  of love to elevate  the human  soul.

Το έργο  εμπνέεται  από τον αρχαίο  ελληνικό  μύθο του Έρωτα και της Ψυχής   όπως διασώζεται  στο έργο του Απουλήιου Η Ψυχή  ,ύστερα  από μια σειρά  δοκιμασιών  ,κατορθώνει  να ενωθεί ξανά με τον Έρωτα  , αποδεικνύοντας ότι η αληθινή  αγάπη υπερβαίνει  τον φόβο, τον πόνο και τον χρόνο Η σύνθεση  αποδίδει  αυτή τη στιγμή  ως μια αλληγορία  της λύτρωσης, της πίστης και της δύναμης της ανθρώπινης  ψυχής να μεταμορφώνεται  μέσα από την αγάπη

Το έργο είναι ζωγραφισμένο με λάδι πάνω σε καμβά  αξιοποιώντας απαλές τοπικές μεταβάσεις, διαδοχικές διαφανείς επίστρωσης και προσεγμένη  φωτοσκιάσεις που προσδίδει στις μορφές την αίσθηση μαρμάρινος γλυπτό.
